You must be the owner of an online boutique/website or a brick and mortar store. Auction Sites, such as Ebay and Etsy, are not eligible. A valid tax ID number is required.
All products purchased on this website must be advertised and sold as Dearheart Designs products.
You must agree not to sell Dearheart Designs’ products under the retail price set on my site.
You must agree not to copy or reproduce the designs seen here.
Full payment is required before the items are shipped There is a $125.00 minimum on your first order. No minimum order, thereafter.
Item availability and pricing is subject to change.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges may be made only in the event of a manufacturing problem. Dearheart Designs is not responsible for damages that occur during shipment.
